Frequently Asked Questions

How long does the process take from start to finish?

Our typical project timeline ranges from 2 to 4 weeks, depending on how quickly clients provide content and images, as well as the availability of our design and development team. In some cases, we can wrap things up in as little as 2 weeks, while others may take closer to 3.

Do I keep my site if I cancel the subscription?

No, we can't offer that—otherwise, we'd be out of business! However, you'll retain full ownership of your domain and assets.

Why hand-coded website are superior to wordpress and platform

Handcoded websites offer greater flexibility, performance, and security compared to platforms like WordPress. They are tailored specifically to your needs, allowing for cleaner code, faster load times, and better optimization. Without the reliance on third-party plugins, handcoded sites also minimize security vulnerabilities and give you complete control over every aspect of the design and functionality.

Can I add unlimited edits and support to the lump sum package?

Yes! We offer $50 a month subscription add on for unlimited edits and support. These are done with a 12 month minimum commitment as well. There's no turning it on and off every other month. Once you end it, if you want to reinstate, it you’ll need to sign another 12 month commitment.

What’s the Difference Between a Lump Sum and a Subscription?

The main distinction is between short-term and long-term costs. With a subscription, you’ll pay manageable, smaller monthly payments, but the total cost will be higher over time. A lump sum, on the other hand, covers everything upfront, saving you money in the long run since design and development costs are included from the start. Choosing between the two depends on your cash flow and financial goals. If you prefer to spread out payments and value ongoing services, the subscription is ideal. But if you’d rather pay upfront and save over time, the lump sum is the better choice.

How Do We Handle Late Payments?

Each invoice comes with a 7-day grace period for payment. If it’s not paid within that time, a $25 late fee is applied. For subscriptions, if multiple invoices remain unpaid for several months, we may cancel the contract, and the client will be responsible for the full cost of the site. While we’re flexible and understanding of certain situations and often offer assistance, lack of communication or response leaves us with no choice but to take steps to ensure we’re compensated for our work and time.

Can we refund ?

If you're not 100% satisfied with the design and choose not to move forward, we'll refund any initial payments made. However, once we begin building the site, refunds are no longer guaranteed. After that stage, any refunds are at our discretion.
